How to restric planning book list for user in tcode /sapapo/sdp8b?

Now, I want use authorization to restric planning book list for user in tcode /sapapo/sdp8b.

Hi Hung,

You can restrict the planing book in /SAPAPO/SDPPLBK tcode.

In this tcode u can specify which planing book and which data view u r giving the access,,

The t.code /SAPAPO/SDP8B checks only the authorization object S_APO_CUST with field ACTVT. However, these standard objects doesn't restrict F4 search help. You need to decide which users are to be given change/display access and no access for others.
