Why can this person modify a Jive document?

I maintain a Jive doc:

Set collaboration rights to three people: Adam Stone, William Sleeman, Don Williams.

Now I see that Former Member has apparently done some modification, which I can not determine as "compare" tells me the doc is too large...

Why was Helen able to do any mods to this document?

Hi Ludek,

Former Member is a part of the SCN internal team, so she has access to all documents.

My guess would be that she may have fixed a link or something in the document. But perhaps she will respond to your question in a direct message and let you know specifically why she needed to modify anything.
