20 108 Condition record exists, but has not been set-Sales Order

Hi,

I  have created SO with sold to party & Ship to party as "X" so CST is coming correctly in SO.after that i am dispatching some qty.

again i am going to SO,when i change ship to party as Y(applicable for VAT), VAT condition is not flowing to SO and CST also it is there,

redetermine taxes is also not helping,also when i check analysis for VAT it shows

"20 108 Condition record exists, but has not been set"

Kindly help.

Hi,

Once you do partial Delivery and then you are going to change ship to party then system will not consider the new Ship to and also tax will not get Redetermined. So in this case you have to add the line item as per Ship to and then have to delivered that line item.  Or you have to club all the Item which is going to same Ship to and then have to Create One SO keeping that ship to at header and for another ship to have to create another SO.

Hi,

Go to V/07 and specify your VAT access sequence and click on access.

select each condition table and click on fields.

Do it for all condition tables and save.Then run your sale order again.

Once a partial shipment is made, system will not consider that line item for any change.  After changing ship to party at header, try to create a new line and check
