Cannot see new approval task in IDM 7.2

Issue 1:

We have installed IDM 7.2 and applied SP 4 patch. Identity Center details are as follows:

Identity Center Version: 7.20.4.0-SQL-2012-05-13

Last  Schema update: 1061

Though Identity center has been upgraded to 7.2 SP4,I cannot see the new approval task.

Did I miss any update?

Issue 2:

While importing SAP Provisioning Framework, the global scripts are not created . None of the global java scripts were imported.

Experts, please advise.

Anuj,

You are missing a database script that is required to activate this functionality.  It is mentioned in the update document for SP5 but not in the Approvals tutorial.

I've found that the problem was due to version mismatch between IDM MMC and IDM Run time components.

While unzipping the design time doc, the setup folder was not unzipped. Hence I didn't update the MMC with SP 4.1, but the Run time and database were correctly upgraded to SP 4.1.

Instead of unzipping the file, I directly copied the setup folder using Windows Explorer. I upgraded MMC to SP 4.1 and things are working fine now.
