Connection error while using catalog validation

Hi all,

we are using SRM 7.0 SP10.

We have installed several external catalogs via OCI 4.0

Everything is working fine so far.

Problem:

While creating a SC item out of an old (catalog) item we are facing the error, that SRM could not connect to the external catalog during validation.

We have activated validy function for our catalogs but every time SRM tries to validate an article we are facing a http connection error.

Does anyone know which steps have to be maintained to activate the validation for external catalogs?

(STRUST, SMICM..)

Do we have to activate BADI SRM_CAT_GETPROXYINFO?
