Managing subcontracting sales

Hi Gurus,

I would like to mange subcontracting process however by sales and need to know steps could you please help on this ?

Hi Angie Drk,

For subcontracting you have to Create Sale order, whichl automatically create a purchase requisition, of Account Assignment Category X and Item category 3 – Subcontracting.

Have to maintain the configuration of item category – Subcontracting and Account Assignment Category

And then Convert this purchase requisition into purchase order ME57.

Subcontracting is a process whereby manufacturer outsource some of its component to their vendors. Vendors in turn manufacture these components and supply to manufacturer . manufacturere in turn use these components in their final products or finished goods. One ggod example of subcontracting is Automobile manufactureres -- in which different vendors manufacture different products and supply to company. Company assemble it manufacture Car/ Bike etc.

Sub contracting sales ,

job work internal order

VA01-     VL01N(movement type 541) - J1IF01

it is for subcontracting process in this process at sale order rise the with out amount then it will delivered with movement type 541 then excise invoice can capture at J1IF01

1) external job 

2) internal job work

after you make a sale with price with normal process

like

va01-vl01n0vf01-j1iin here you make a job work chagres

another MM side it revive the PO,

after do the MB1B at movement type 541

then j1f01
