Change of default title/logo of ITSM tickets

Hello!

We would like to change the default title of all ITSM tickets to our own title.

I mean the title/picture at the top of start site of ITSM:

SAP-Logo: Solution Manager - IT-Servicemanagement

Question:

What is the step to do this?

Hello Alex,

Login to CRM UI with proper business role goto Service Operations->Bus. Role Customizing search your business role and change the title. 

  

To change logo please read following guide starting from page 14:

Hello,

with the logon text I did not have any problems.

Regarding the change of SAP Logo the procedure is still not really clear.

Do I need to create a BSP application zthtmlb_styles and copy the SAP Skin?

Or is it possible to replace the SAP Logo with my own logo by uploading the picture from Desktop?

Hello Alex,

Yes, you can replace SAP Logo but I'm not sure what happens when you apply eg SP5 for Solution Manager 7.1.
