Diagnostic Setup - ABAP Connection Parameters

Hi All,

I am trying to add a managed system to our Solution Manager. I am currently setting up the ABAP part. I got the following error when I entered the ABAP details of the system. Note that the managed system is already added in SMSY, and the agent is also properly associated to the managed system and the managing system.

Hi Argel,

It is clearly saying "Time Out", Solution manager not able to connect the managed system

1. Check your system is up and running

2. Check the read rfc, connection test is fine

3. Do check the ports and user/password maintained in RFC

if everything are fine, after that also you are getting this error, just restart solman java and try,

What is the version of your solution manager? stack?

the RFC for the manage system Work? in SM59

what is IP 10.201.10.6?

if it solution manager 7.1, in LMDB you configure the system?
