Catalog Search is not working

Hi there,

I logged in SRM to create a SC, then I called my catalog.

On the main screen I entered the text, server to look for any item with that word in the description but the results is always the same: "No products found"

I have client 700 for SRM and 701 for CCM.

Any hint?

The problem was solved by updating your TREX patch level

Hi,

pl. check:

- TREX is working properly(there is report.forgot name. try finding trex)

- RFC for TREX is mentioned in CCM customization & working.

- No sizing issues in TREX

- Your master catalog or procurement catalog is properly published.

- if you have scheduled background job for publication that is working properly.

- try restarting TREX server ,may help sometimes.

Hi Dinesh,

I have a question. Is TREX and CCM are based on windows server alone or it can be used for unix also.

Also, in our development and production landscape, we want to install srm in one different server and trex, ccm in another second server. Will this work out. What are the issues to be concerned.

Also, since CCM is an addon-component of SRM, for installing CCM in a different server, should we need to again do installation steps of SRM in the second server where we want o install CCM.

Hi,

Your questions require Basis expertise whereas I am a functional guy.

I have little idea on queries but will prefer some Basis guy to talk on that.
