Availability check problem for the material excluded from MRP

Hi Experts,

I am getting a problem at the time of creating a sales order.It is not confirming the availability for the material which is excluded from MRP.Kindly give your views

Hello Rahul,

The behaviour you are seeing is standard. Basially, in standard system, it's not possible to exclude the storage location from MRP but still include in ATP run.

You can use user-exit 'EXIT_SAPLATPC_001' to either change the customising settings or exclude the sloc from T_ATPCSX. Or use EXIT_SAPLATPC_002 to change the result T_MDVEX.

Yes I hv checked it  in MRP3.It is correctly maintained.

My scenarios is like this:

I have 2 storage locations in one plant out of which one storage location is MRP excluded.It is confirming availability from one storage location but it is not confirming availability from the storage location which is MRP excluded.

Check the settings in t.code OVZ9. Tick the box No storage location inspection and then test by creating new sales order.
