DMS extraction of dms document number in a folder

Hello Guru,

May i ask help about extraction of list DMS document number on a  main folder that has another series of folders inside which each folder contatins number of DMS documents? how can we do this? is there any standard report, table, transaction in DMS can do this?

Hi Ryan,

EasyDMS has limited functions, especially on statistics.I am also facing similar problem when I tried to count all uploaded DIRs.

I usually use "search inside structure" function. Right click on the top folder, the search result will show you all Document number too. But I could not extract the search list like in the back end.

If anybody know some EasyDMS add-on function related it, please leave your comment. It will be very helpful.
