As far as DM & Billing there is not that much difference i think,this is are few things which i know.
ECC 6.0.
In Device management.
Reversal of installation/removal/replacement with goods movement.
If the settings you made in Customizing mean that goods movements are possible within an
installation/removal/replacement, you can enter goods movement data for the
installation/removal/replacement when you access the reversal transaction (the same applies for
device installation/removal/replacement).
In Billing.
Easy Bill Correction (New)
The new easy bill correction framework provides you with a flexible option for correcting billing documents at line item level. You can then further process the resulting manual correction documents using existing standard functions
In Invoicing.
Invoicing Document for Budget Billing Changes (New)
Joint processing pf payment plans (new)
Partial bills with multilevel tax procedures (new)
Many changes are there in FICA level.
