I know that it's wrong forum, but...
Today SDN featuring article Effective Web Dynpro - Adaptive RFC Models (section Developer Areas -> Web Application Server -> WebDynpro).
Sadly, it points to nowhere:

There is sometimes a problem with links to .pdf documents, they often take long to load or don't load at all.
The link is correct. A trick that I use in these cases is right mouse click and download to your drive and open once it is downloaded.
