sales order quantity v/s rate

What is the best way to deal with following situation ?  Sales order quantity  10 EA X 2 $ = 20$  If access quantity charge the surplus amount at 1$ . So if total quantity = 12 EA  Than - 10 EA X 2 $ = 20$  + 2 EA x 1$ = 2$  TOTAL = 22 $  No condition record used ,  can’t maintain scales ….

Hello,

If you are not using Condition Records, then how is your price determined? is it entered Manually?

If above is the case then you can cretae two line items of same material with different rates, thus the total price of the Sales Order will be as required.

Finally, I would like to request you to please explain the problem in detail.
