System is not printing Hard Copy

Hi

If I click on hard copy in sap screen , system suppose to print directly. But system is not printing, it is proposing to save the screen , pls find the attachment.

However all other users, system is printing correctly. This problem exits only for my user ID. Any idea what do I suppose to do to print sap screen directly.

Hello,

Check your default printer on your PC and see if you set wrong default printer.

In addition to David's comments, please check if default printer is assigned to your user id in SU01 or SU01D.

Btw, I don't find any file attached to this message. Please attach if you have one.

Default printer was not correctly assigned in windowds, after doing this , it is working correctly.
