Which BAPI or RFC to use to create barcode entries in BDS_BAR_IN and BDS_BAR_EX?

I would like to create barcode entries in BDS_BAR_IN and BDS_BAR_EX using JCo. Could anyone let me know which BAPI or RFC I can use?
