VA01 field storage location

Hi,

when I create a sales order for a material, system leave blank the field storage location even if the material exists

only in a storage location (i.e. 0001).

How can I set the system so that will propose the storage location where the material has been created or if has been created for two storage locations will leave blank the field in sales order ?

Hi storage location could not determine in the sale order , it will determine in the deliver level only

It will determine in the basis of MALA , MARA , RETA RULES WHICH IS DEFINE AT  DELIVERI DOCUMENT T CODE IS OVL3

Storage loction determination in Sales order is only possible via a user exit. You cannot configure storage location into sales order: you need to use user
exit MV45AFZB USEREXIT_SOURCE_DETERMIN

USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK -- to default in Header.

USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP -- to default in item.

User exit: MV45AFZZ

You want Determine the Storage Location into Sales Order

Please Check these two transactions /NOVL3(Storage /picking Location Determination) and /NMMSC

(Enter Storage Location Collectively).
