SMD-Agent goes down with 'IAIK ssl libraries not available." but no SSL configured

Hi all,

we have installed severall SMD-agents on HP/UX.

On some agents we get the error: IAIK ssl libraries not available.

But there is no SSL-Port used to connect to the Solman.

We use P4 without SSL.

Why does the agent searches this libraries ?

Note 1368413 is not the Solution, because we don't have the entry in the smdagent.properties

After the installation the agent runs fine....one day later, it goes down and shows this message.

We have try to use smdsetup again or to use MS-Port...But no change....

any suggestions

Hi,

Strange behavior, but it might be possible SSL is being used by default for web services calls. Please check if below wiki link helps:
