one-time vendor for RE

Dear Friends,

I have one question for you. I want to use one-time vendor for functionality RE, but I can not create one-time business partner. I can not find attribute, where i can mark that BP is one-time. For one-time vendor created standard BP. When I  go to rerapp and execute periodic posting i get error of message:

Enter a name and city for one-time account postings

Message no. F5266

but i don't know where i can enter these data. Maybe it is not possible?

Hi,

This is the standard functionality in vendor invoice postings. When you create a vendor as once time vendor, then whenever you are doing any FI postings in this vendor, you will get sub-screen to enter Address of the vendor. You can see this in FB60.

While doing RERAPP you are doing financial postings to one time vendor, obviously system checks for the values of Name or City of vendor (Field values from sub-screen not from vendor master).

In RERAPP, you will not get this sub-screen to enter Address (Name,City....). Hence you are getting this error.

I think one-time vendors can be used for creation of RE contracts.

I know that we can use for creation of RE contracts only business partner, and we can not use vendors. Is it true?
