getting Error "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" when changing sales order quantity

Hi Experts

When i have changed sales order quantity in VA02, ,i clicked save button, information message below "Item 000101 exists  already:the entry will be ignored" is displayed, then when press enter, it says Order has been saved.  But runtime error occurred in ST22, SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC.

could you tell me any body where is the mystake and where can i fix solution.

This shows that there are duplicate entries and system does not save the document. Even though a number is generated, you can not see it in VA02. Please check whether any exits are causing the issue and deactivate it. Also check whether you have tampered with any number ranges in VN01.

Hi VInod,

It sounds to duplicated entries exits and delivery cannot be saved.

Check that userexits are not involved.

Try to deactivate MV50AFZ1 and retest.
