Service desk message error: Document is being distributed - changes are not possible

Dear Team,

I am getting error

Document is being distributed - changes are not possible when trying to edit service desk message.

After searching I got some solutions but not able to solve my error.

I got the result of report :

Program CRM_CHECK_DISTRIBUTION_STATUS

List of Read-only Documents that could be Unlocked

5000000013            Dist PROC PRT                            31.05.2012 11:21:23 SOLMAN_ADMIN

5000000014            Dist PROC PRT                            31.05.2012 10:51:52 SOLMAN_ADMIN

5000000019            Dist PROC PRT                            31.05.2012 17:46:46 100044

But some one has deleted the Ques from SMQ2. Not how could I process this.

My new tickets are also changed once only i.e. status new to Approval req. then it can be edited for other fields but  all status profiles seen inactive.

While if I set it from New to in process or other status it allowed to edit.

I had issue with Status Approval required & this is happen because of Queues deleted for some messages which are in status of Approval req.

Please suggest how to resolve this.

Hi Darshan,

you can go into the user status profile, double-click on the relevant user status and maintain the entries there...see the screenshots,

Hi Darshan,

You need to goto SE16 --> CRM_JEST  and Deactivate distribution status(I1054). Then it will be working fine.

You will need to go in debugging mode to change status.

Hi Vikram,

I checked the in txn SE16 --> CRM_JEST status for I1054.

There are 8 entries for the object I1054.

But can not understand how to deactivate it. How to go in debugging mode.

Could you please explain it in brief.

For my knowledge how did we come to know it's I1054 because there are no. of such entries with different nos. I**** & E****

Hi Darshan,

I wont be able to tell you how to deactivate it for securtiy reasons but if you can open a message with SAP and i will look into your message there.

I had raised OSS message 0000489574 2012.

Also one more message is there 485630 2012
