Hi Gurus,

I have a scenario where production order is Qty is 10 and now  in the operation 10, first the user will confirm only 1 and it will sent for testing, If it is ok with parameters then  it will be continued else one more sample will be taken and sent for approval. Like that it will be continued for all the operations.How to map this process.

It can be handled in two ways--

1)First way is this that you have to activate 03 inspection type for that material and production order and maker sure that in for all operatio must have a key confirmation required and insp. chars ticked. In config OPK4 chose suitable option against Opration Sequence if operation sequence must not followed. and error if  no inspeciton result exists.

After making these settings, onece you will created prodcuton order, automatic lot wiil be generated and it will covers all operatiion which require testing. After testing against that operation you will be able to confirm the quanity.

But in this method you cannot confrma the quanity before the result recording.

2)Second way is that. you have to activate inspectio type 04 against that mateial. Make setting of control key as mentioned in first scenarion. When you confirm the first 1 quantity you wiil get the lot of 04 type do the result recording and ud.

If it is ok then do the confirmation rest of the quanity.

If is it not ok the put into  block.

You can use Inspection point in both scenation if you want result recording agaain and aganin.
