Solved: Dispatcher off after Restore

Dear Gurus,

I had restore online oracle Database. I am unable to start Dispatcher. I had create ops$ users according to snote-400241.still i m not able to start dispatcher. Please find dev_w0 log file and do needful. Thanks a lot in Advance

The cause of failure appears to be that the SAPR3 user is locked (ORA-28000: the account is locked). However, prior to this another connection is failing due to ORA-1775 which is an error with SYNONYM chains (see http://ora-01775.ora-code.com/ for the full explaination). I don't know why this should be occurring during a database connection, but you can query the DBA_SYNONYMS table using the following SQL (you SHOULD still be able to connect to the database from user ora<sid>)
