Transportation zone change

Hi friends

I have created a new trasnportation zone and asingned this to the relevant countryes and customer account groups.

However when trying to update customer mastere data from one af the old zones to the new it automatically swithes back to the original. I even tryed to manipulate the table direktly, i know 🙂 but even here it is reversed back.

Any idea why this i shappening ?

we are on ECC 6.0

The old value is reaapering in the customer master data after saving.

now go to xd02 , and change and press enter what happen ,

can you send screen shot

you maintain any enhancement

customer master at menu bar click on  go to icon , check enhancement.

I found the missing link. It seems like there is a custom table behind this which needs to be maintained, for what ever reason i do not know.

check the route determination all data

you maintain the properly at transportation zone , at route determination

any error it will come , go to xd02 and change transportation zone .

Hi

I have checked all config, it seems ok. The system does not retun any errormessage, only sets the original value again after saving the change to the customer master data.
