Dear All,

We are going to implement EIC in CRM System. We got information on implementing EIC on CRM and EIC on ERP.

We are looking for the best approach, connecting EIC on CRM to ERP system or HCM System or any other Best Approach.

What are pro/cons if we connect to ERP or HCM System.

I would like to know the pros and cons if we connect the CRM(EIC) system to ERP system and HCM system?

Whether Multiple backend system connectivity is possible?

There are multiple deployment options on EIC which I have outlined in this article

The good news is if you are using the new Shared Service Framework than multiple backend system connectivity is possible and it is based on CRM 7.0 EHP1 and EHP5
