Hi,

You have to define or update in SCM it self via..

SAP Spro--> SAP Netweaver --> General Settings-- > Set Countries --> Insert regions.

SIr,

Thnaks for your replay, this is what we are doing at present. As likewe can maintain calander, units and curriencies from ECC to APO directly by RSA1,is not there nay method by which we can do for regions also.

Dear,

I don't think there is any workaround for country code and region in standard SAP.

You can copy the entries in table T005K and then upload in SCM system.

Bramankar, from SPRO insert regions in APO select Utilities > Adjustment from the pull down menu. The system will give you a pop up asking you to select the R/3 system from which the region codes should be copied. Select that and then the system will show you what the differences are. (Switch on the legend to understand the colour coding).

To import the region codes from R/3 use the adjust function. It's reasonably simple to work out.

APO and R/3 are then in sync.

As others have said it's not all that often they change. We tend to do this as periodic exercise at a support pack release. Your challenge might be security if it's a production environment. You may need an access request or a firefighter id.

Good luck,

Chris

Country and Region codes is configuration that does not change frequently. This is probably why SAP did not think it necessary to interface them from ECC to APO. These have to be maintained manually (typically in your Development system and transported to other environments).

You can use transaction SCU0 (Cross System Customizing Viewer) to compare country and region values between ECC and APO and identify differences.

Hi Vikas,

Have you considered option of extracting your needed information to BI and then upload in to APO.

Thanks
