Hi All,

What is the way out to get ER-6 form required by the Indian Excise authorities from SAP.

Plesae inform about the transaction code to be used in ECC 6.0 for this purpose.

This requirement of ER-6 is an old statutory requirement from Excise Deptt.

Can any one tell about the practices followed in this regard in some of the Indian Companies.  What is the process followed regarding ER-6 with respect to SAP.

Regards
Ankur

why this is not possible in SAP

Because, SAP have not developed any statutory reports catering to Indian Rules and Regulations.  Few reports are there but that does not meet the format prescribed by Indian Government and hence, you need to go for zee development.

Sir,

As far as I know SAP has developed a standard report for Indian statutory requirements for Daily Stock Account called the RG1 and I think there are other reports for Indian requirements.

There are Excise register reports available thru Transaction code  J1ILN.

My regards to you Sir.
