Processes or Blueprint for Collectives Billing

Hi

I am running a project to implement collectives billing at an electricity retailer. Is there somewhere I can get hold of a blueprint for this or a process flow for the various process that occur within collectives billing that I can use as a starting point for blueprint workshops? I currently do not have access to Solution Manager or the Utilities Best Practices.

Also is there any standard questionaires I can use for the blueprint workshops around this topic?

Hi,

Attached is a cookbook you could use if you wish.

I had to convert it to text from PDF.

You might be be able to find it SAP Marketplace under SAP Utilities Industry Cookbooks and Guidelines.

Not sure about what you mean to say " processes or blueprint".
