I am getting this message as i try to cancel or change proforma invoice
Message no. VF135
Can any one help telling me how can i fix it ?!

I have checked and found the following
supplying plant and found it DE
Destination Country TR
Departure country is DE also
what i need to do now to solve this invoice issue ?!
