I have a req to give discount on tax... is it possible?? because I never heard that before... and can you tell me how we give discount on tax?? thanks

Even i have not heard any such scenario. But you can give discount on tax the same way you give discount on price. Create a discount condition type and maintain it in pricing procedure under tax and give the step number of tax in the from field of discount. Also maintain the proper account key against the discount condition type and make the assignments in VKOA.
