Portal issue - uPerform/Authoring Tool

We have recently started using SAP Productivity Pack (uPerform) and completed an e-learning course using the product which we published as SCORM 1.2. I was able to author the file to the SAP Authoring tool and tested it which was all fine, however upon checking it into the SAP repository explorer it failed to check-in & gave this error:

Cannot delete non-empty version group: /LMS/WBT/LMS_Instructor_Course_14Dec2011/ [rep=https://qrcentral.uat.qr.com.au:443/irj/go/km/docs/lms/, type=1, props={type=1, pubTypeGUID=43250496647044221, isVersioned=x, pathHash=-1660744237}] java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot delete non-empty version group: /LMS/WBT/LMS_Instructor_Course_14Dec2011/ [rep=https://qrcentral.uat.qr.com.au:443/irj/go/km/docs/lms/, type=1, props={type=1, pubTypeGUID=43250496647044221, isVersioned=x, pathHash=-1660744237}]     at com.sap.hcm.ls.shared.repository.control.implicit.ImpAuthMan.doDeleteObject(ImpAuthMan.java:1120)     at com.sap.hcm.ls.shared.repository.control.AuthManagerImpl.deleteObject(AuthManagerImpl.java:1059)     at com.sap.hcm.ls.shared.repository.exchange.CopyMan.cleanupObject(CopyMan.java:969)     at com.sap.hcm.ls.shared.repository.exchange.CopyMan.cleanupInverseObjects(CopyMan.java:946)     at com.sap.hcm.ls.shared.repository.exchange.CopyMan.cleanupCheckInObjects(CopyMan.java:902)     at com.sap.hcm.ls.shared.repository.exchange.CopyMan.checkIn(CopyMan.java:210)     at com.sap.hcm.ls.shared.repository.exchange.Publisher.checkInObjects(Publisher.java:267)     at com.sap.hcm.ls.las.repository.explorer.wizard.steps.CheckInObjectsStep.workerThread(CheckInObjectsStep.java:85)     at com.sap.hcm.ls.shared.util.swing.wizardfw.steps.ProgressWizardStep.run(ProgressWizardStep.java:209)     at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

It appears to be something in regards to file size/layers, because small uPerform courses check-in fine.  The large ones are bringing up the above error.  Saying that, we upload many large courses (not uPerform) and they always work fine...so this appears to only happen with large uPeform courses. We have checked many options, including the increase of timeouts, adding MIME file types etc. but nothing seems to fix this.

Ancile have confirmed this is not a uPerform issue and is something to do with SAP/Portal. Any suggestions on how to rectify as we're starting to scratch our heads!

Thanks Shaun
