Conversion Agent for SAP PI 7.3

hi Gurus,

We have a file to proxy scenario and PI will receive a PDF file from the source system.

We thought to use Conversion Agent to relate the PDF file with the source structure. But as per the note: 894815, Conversion Agent is not released for PI 7.3.

Details in the note: 894815, FYR.

Conversion Agent is not released for PI 7.3 and PI 7.31. However customers who want to use CA with PI 7.3x can install CA on non-central adapter engine of older PI releases and connect it to central PI 7.3x.

We have tried to use the iText java API in order to parse the PDF as an alternate, but the resulting string is not correct and we are not able to decide where to make changes in API.

Please suggest any alternatives for this requirement other than using any APIs.
