"You have no authorization to release" when user trying to approve the SC's in SRM

Hello All,

  Recently we have upgraded to SRM4 SRM7 , for some of the approves getting the message saying  "You have no authorization to release". Is any one have the idea on this.

Hi,

Have you checked SAP Note:1261825 ?

This note describes the technical changes of the roles delivered with SAP SRM 7.0, compared with the roles delivered with SAP SRM 6.0. It also shows the relationship of SAP NetWeaver Portal roles and PFCG roles for both releases.

I think your issue related to roles & authorizations.
