Sales order not getting block though it has exceeded Credit Limit.

Hi,

I am having scenario where sales order with:

Payment Terms : Immidiate payment

Credit Limit : Rs. 10000

Credit limit Used : 100%

Horizon Period : 14 days

Currenr Order Net Value : 2000

Still system is not blocking the order in credit check.

Please advice..........

What is the Delivery Date in the latest Sales Order (Rs. 2000) that you have cretaed?

If the Delivery Date is after 14 days, then system will not block the same for Credit Check.

Delivery date is next day that is next day of order creation, hence falling with the Horizon.

At the same time, have you also selected the Open Orders Check Box in OVA8?  Also hope you have set the Reaction to B or D & Tick Mark in Status Check Box.

Since your latest order date is falling in the horizon period then what is the reaction message you have chosen and did you tick the indicator Status/Block ? .
