Highlighting a DDI field when error occurs

Hi

I am new to webdynpro. I have a requiremnt to highlight the fields on webdynpro screen, if mandatory field validation fails.  I am using report_attribute_t100_message for this functioonality. This is working fine for input fields, but not not for drop down by index fields. It is showing an error message on top but not highlighting the  drop down field.

Could anybody guide me to fulfill this requirement.

Hi Pallavi,

Make sure that Drop Down By Key / Drpo Down By Index IU element "State" Property as Required ...... check 1s
