Error when installing SAPgui Part 2

Hi,

Get the following error after installing SAPgui :

Error while connecting to communication partner - see preceeding messages.

Could not connect to host localhost on port 21200.

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Policy used is either jce_policy-6 or jce_policy-1_4_2.

Can't access to market place since it is a trial. Is there any place else to view the note?

The URL is 'reusable' (?} for other OSS Notes... just replace 1238121 with another note number

(BTW, I have nothing to do with the site - I just came across it in a google search y'day)
