critical role/profile feature AC10

Hi

We have designated roles in the Critical Role/Profile section of Setup. But when running a Risk Analysis & checking Critical role/profile box, nothing reports.  When not checking it, results are also blank, but as expected since we have excluded them from normal risk analysis by defining them as critical role /profile.

Any ideas please?

Hi John,

There is a fix on SP8 that the Critical Role/Profile language dependent.If the critical roles/profile were

entered in french or any other language,the  report will come up empty and vice-versa.

For detail please ref SAP Note # 1671166

If this is not the case with you then please provide some more detail on the issue.

We applied the note & still have the same issue:  When doing role analysis on a role in the critical role file & clicking the critical role/profile box, the report is blank.

Does anyone have experience getting this to work please??

Have you performed the Object Repository Sync and Full Batch risk Analysis again? This may update the reports as intended.
