while creating SC, getting message "No Values Found"

Hello Experts.

While crerating SC, at the time of selecting "Material group or product category" system is shwoing message as "No Values Found".

But assignment of user and maintaing of product category under "extended attributes" is done. But system is showing this message.

Recently we have replicated system.

Need your help.

We are using SRM5 (Extended classic scenario"

Hello,

Check if correct logical system is updated in table COMM_CATEGORY. This same logical system should

be inserted in SPRO -> ... -> Define backend systems for product category.

Also, check if product category description is maintained. You can check this in table COMM_CATEGORYT.

Thanks for your reply. I checked both the placess, entry are OK. But still I am facing same problem. Before updating system it was working fine but all of a sudden we are facing this issue.

I have agin checked Attribute, defalut setting, extended attributes but did not get any solution.

Can you give more clarity on the replication part?

Was this a QA system refresh with production data?

If yes - you have to create a manual transport of the contents in the product category table from the SOURCE SRM Server to the TARGET (copied) SRM Server.

Have you done this?
