RFQ Creation Via Central contract and PR

Hello Guys,

I have a requirement like when RFx is created in SRM from a PR in ECC, I need to default the POrg and PGrp from the ECC PR.

And also when RFx is created in SRM from a Central Contract in ECC, I need to default the POrg and PGrp from the ECC Central Contract.

I am using the BADI( BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI) and method (BBP_BID_CHANGE) for creation of RFx without any reference.

Can I use the same BADI and method for the above mentioned requirement?

I am not able to find any parameters in this method to get the PR number or Central Contract number or can I use any other methods in the same BADI or any other BADI?

Please advise.

Hello,

In standard SRM, there is no support to create a SRM RFX from ECC Contract.

Following are the ways to create an RFX in SRM (assuming you are on SRM 70 or higher)

1. from scratch in SRM using Strategic Purchaser role

2. from SC/PR transferred from ECC in Sourcing cockpit

3. from PR via CPPR(Collective Processing of PR) in ECC

4. from Contract in SRM via Renew/Negotiate.

Also Central Contracts are in SRM and not in ECC.

Provide more details on how you have achieved RFC creation from ECC Contract.

HI Guys,

Does anyone know which BADI will be trigerred when display and edit button is pressed for RFQ.?

I tried for BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI. But this is only getting triggered for Create or Change.

Use the BADI BBP_PGRP_ASSIGN_BADI for RFX from PR in ECC.

There is no such method of creating SRM from ECC central contract.
