Change level of WBS element

Hi experts,

I would like to change level of the WBS element. The status of the WBS element is BUDG AVAC SETC. I know that I have to reset bugdet and remove the availability control on the project, but how to delete status (SETC)? Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Remove distribution rule from WBS; which automaticaly assign after release or Budgeting.
