Printing Sales Quotations

I've setup user profiles in order to authorize my Sales Quotations - question I have is, does anyone know of a way that I can prevent the Sales Quote from being printed unless my User Status = Approved.

The scenario here is that only once that Quotation has been approved, should it be printed.

Yes, it is possible: make an output requirement (VOFM) and place it in the message schema at quotation output level.

ask to a developer to have support in abap programming.
