Hi,

I am configuring service desk & got error message in support message as

Header Data    Enter an organizational unit (Sales)   .

Hi Darshan,

Have you created org unit? completed the integration steps?

Previous we have a blog which says all these steps, now its gone after beta SCN, so please follow all the comments stated here by Nikil here http://scn.sap.com/thread/997981.

Hi,

I had completed integration steps & created Org. structure.

My tickets are assigning to related support team by the rule of SAP Comp.

Still I found one error message in Header Data

Enter an organizational unit (Sales)

HI Darshan,

this message you get if you activate org determination for SLA's.If you are not using SLA's then you need to change the SLA configuration and deactivate the Org Determination and product determination.

Then you will not get this error.

If you want to use SLA's then you need to Define the Org data profile for Service and sales, as how the system should determine your Sales org and Service Org. you will find this in the above links sent by team.

Hi Madan,

I had created a ZLFN Transaction type with copy of SLFN for trial run. but now I like to use standard one SLFN. So I set the SLFN in dno_cust01.

it's working when I create ticket from help--> create support msg. but when I open that ticket in crm_dno_monitor I saw the Create new support message button with ZFLN below the Display Support message Notification 8000000359. How could I change that button to regular Create support notification.

Sorry Transaction to change transaction type (process type)  for support notification is written wrong. it's DNO_CUST04 not the DNO_CUST01

Hi Darshan,

I checked and if you open up a transaction in  crm_dno_monitor you are then in transaction CRMD_ORDER, right?

You can personalize this here...
