SAP Easy DMS and DMS changing user name

Hi Guru,

Can you help me on the question we have in mind about Easy DMS and DMS document?

The question is that, for example a user name ABC, decided to change his user name to a new one such as CBA effective today.

Can there be a way that the ALL old documents created under name ABC, to be change to CBA in SAP Easy DMS or even in DMS GUI?

Please advise if this is possible to do. Thank you.

Reports MCDOKCHN and MCDOKCHN2 mass changes the responsible for documents.

Hi Ryan,

for achieving such an update for the document info records you would need a special report which is selecting the table entries in table DRAW for the old userID and update them with the new one.
