Getting error when clicking Preference tab in GTS product master

Hello Experts!

I have setup the complete system for GTS 10.0 and now testing the functions within Compliance management and Customs management.

One of the things I came across while checking the master data for Material that was transferred from ECC, is a program termination error while trying to go to the Preference tab within the Product master.

The error only says: "Check your Customizing settings" w/o giving any more details.

We are not implementing Preference management at the Client and hence I have not touched anything that came as part of Standard config. for Risk management.

Can someone help me identifying the problem?

Hello Prashant,

Note 1698861 has been released to solve this problem. Once implemented the preferance tab will be

greyed out in the product master.
