IW42-remove goods movement tab

I have a requirement from the client wherein I need to remove goods movement tab from IW42 screen.

In spro under  Completion Confirmation , I have created a profile where this good movement tab won't appear .

But I can only assign this profile manually for each user through IW42 by using the path->Extras->Settings.

How can I make it default for all users?

One of the ABAP resources suggested that it can be by using a particular user exit and passing the profile parameter through it.

Is there any other alternative?

Hi,

The best option would be to set this profile for each user.

This confirmation profile is recorded in table TPMUS for each user. There is not a general mass update available for this table. However it would be easy for you ABAP personnel to write a small routine to set a particular profile for all or selected users.

Users can then further adjust to different profiles in the future if necessary - this would be prevent by any user exit option.
