CST & LST nos disappearing in CMR

Dear Friends

I've encountered a strange problem.

Whenever, any changes are made in CMR (XD02) for example: small change in address & then saved,, the CST & LST nos in "CIN Details" are getting disappeared.

Request someone to guide me, on how to solve this soon.

hi can you explain clearly ,

what r u facing probelm

cst&lst  , i think you not authorized to cin details tab

so you go to img-logistic general -tax on goods movement - India- master data-assign user to matriarchal master screen sequence for excise duty -user screen reference - here assign the  you user name to IN, and also check when you enter xd02 here you enter company  code and  sale area , you do not enter company code system do not display any CIN  Details

1) The settings mentioned by you are already present in the system.

Whenever, any small change  ( For eg: changes in address)is done in CMR, & then saved (after pressing 'enter'), the entries against  the fields: CST NO: & LST NO: are getting disappeared in "CIN Details" tab.

Hope the issue is clear now.

Kindly guide on how to resolve this.

Hi,

Instead of maintaining CIN details in customer master directly,You maintain those details in J1ID T-code and check.

In J1ID you should select customer excise details and click on Pencil icon(maintain),and specify all the details and save.

And test your system.

In J1ID, for that particular customer, CST & LST nos are maintained under "customer Excise Details".

Any clue on how to resolve this. (  CST/LST nos getting disappeared in CMR on making small changes in CMR)

Hello Sumanth,

This does not seems to be a standard bahaviour.

Can you please check with your ABAPer & check whether there is any Z-development at your client-site, which you are probably not aware of.
