ATP check in VA01 only for a specific stock (VBAP-LGORT)

Hi,

During sales order creation we want to restrict ATP control only for a specific

stock (which is given in sales order in vbap-lgort).

For example - if user creates a line in sales order:

Position	Material	Quantity	Stock
0010	BC14212	10 PC	Z101

then ATP checks if material is available for stock Z101 only.

Can it be done using any user-exit?

Hi Mark,

In case you specify the storage location in the sales order, the sales order's quantity can only be confirmed if you have available stock in this storage location and you have available stock at plant level.

See note 547118 Q6.

An availabi;lity check is only executed at storage location level when a storage location has been inserted into the sales order item. A storage location is not automatically populated during sales order processing. It can either be entered manually or via user exit (USEREXIT_SOURCE_DETERMINATION). I suggest you read SAP notes 1649672 & 387482 which explain this.

Yes. Z101 is storage location entered in sales order position (VBAP-LGORT)
