Would anyone tell me how to get ICH Screen element objects i.e Screen ID like ALRTOVW

You can get the ScreenID,elements of the ICH UI via the transaction /SCF/SCREENCFG in the SCM system.

It is throwing error If I put Tcode: /SCF/SCREENCFG in the ICH .

You can run the transaction only from the normal SAPGUI. Try it once again in this format:
/N/SCF/SCREENCFG.
