Hi Manish,

Please clarify your problem. The transports are created in DEV from a change document (Urgent Correction for instance), not from a change request in ChaRM. You create a change request and based on the type of change document selected before approval a new change document will be created, and from this change document you will have transports created when you set status to in development or execute the action Create transport order. Are you using the standard ChaRM process or have you configured a customer process? If you are trying to create following these steps and no transport is being created, please check the log of the maintenance cycle (M00000xxx for normal changes) or the task list (H00000xxx for urgent changes). The schedule manager log shows when a transport could not be created and the reason why.

Best regards,

Raquel

Hi Manish,

First of all, check the RFC connections RFC user authorizations even in 000 client of satellite systems aswell. Also check your transport domain (as it should be configured mentioned here:

Hi,

In addition to Michael's suggestions above, check in the solar_project_admin tcode for the project:

- Under system landscape tab, perform a check for the landscape

- Under Change Request Management tab, perform a refresh and check for the configuration.

Perhaps connectivity issues exists, which should show up in the above check logs.

Yes, the ChaRM check in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN is always good advise, here everything has to be green or at least yellow (depending on the check),

Hi Manish,

if there are RFC authority issues in the managed (dev system), you should see dumps in st22 with no RFC authorithy object S_RFC for a function group,

Hi  Manish, is it ChaRM 7.0 or 7.1?

Did you check the log in SLG1 as the Transport Request is created technically with a task list report. Maybe it is authorization. Althouugh check if you have implemented additional notes,

best regards,

Michael
