FM to get teaching workload for an academic year and session

Hello all,

   we're planning to use teaching workload in event planning to indicate the amout of hours a instructor will have. What we're looking for is a report to list the instructors and the hours planned for them for a certain academic year and session.

The nearest we could find is report RHSSREF0 (Tx S_PH0_48000096 / menu Campus management > Environment > Training and Event Management > Information System > Reports > Resources > Instructor Information), but the input parameters are the instructors IDs and some reporting period options, and this won't fit.

We've been unsuccessfully searching for FMs (should the be HRIQ* or could this be originally from a TEM module functionality?). Anybody has found any or may have used some other report or any workaround?

Hi Michael,

You could check: HRIQ00FACULTYWORKLOAD_DATA_GET and/or HRIQ_RFC_GET_TEACHERS_TIMETAB. Both are not exactly what you want but could act as input for your own Z-FM.

Beside the FMs you could also check if the following wdpro's could help you out:

- PIQUIBB_AT_ATTENDANCE_OVW      attendance overview

- PIQUIBB_AT_INITIAL             Attendence Worklist

- PIQ_ATTENDANCE_TRACKING        Attendance Tracking
